My journey

I previously worked in the insurance industry before an enforced career break due to ill health. This enabled me to focus on my strengths and interests and to train as a counsellor. Subsequently, I have worked in primary education and Children's Services, adding to my wealth of practical and personal experience. My motivation is to make coaching available to everyone

I have  a passion for coaching and heartened by its results and the impact it can have on an individual and group level.  I am currently studying towards a Master of Arts in Coaching and believe that personal development in this area makes me a better coach. . As I have worked with all ages and groups, both individually and at a corporate level I have a proven record of helping to make changes in peoples lives.

I develop and present training material for the local authority with a unique and refreshing delivery style which ensures a memorable experience and with remarkable feedback.

One day I'm workingwith someone helping them gain insights to their Neurodivergence, and the next I will be working with someone employed within a professional sport environment helping them think about their life/work balance.
